Particular areas of application in this regard are Leadership and Strategy, Culture and Change Management, Team Development, Knowledge Management, Communication, and Performance Management.

Ken has been conducting work in this arena since 2000, as both an Associate Program Director of Mt Eliza Executive Education and as Principal of Strategic Leadership Pty. Ltd.

Prior to 2000, Ken worked at the executive level at Honda Australia and the Alfred Hospital (Melbourne) and was a highly experienced project manager. His earlier career experience included senior roles in Ansett Australia, the Ministry of Housing, and the S.A. Highways Department.

While Ken covers a range of organizational and personal effectiveness areas, his particular topics of personal research at the moment include high potentials development strategies and understanding the linkage of values with organizational effectiveness.

Ken is an experienced personal coach and is regularly called upon to support individual development, the achievement of work goals, and general career planning.
