Our philosophy

The CLI integrated leadership development service has as its mission, the development of each individual to be the best version of themselves within a given context. From this place of strength, an individual is best able to inspire and develop others.

Leadership is not defined by a title or status within an organization. Every person can be a leader in so far as they model excellence.

Our interventions at the individual, team, and organization scale search for those factors most relevant to success and then work with the ‘’whole’ person to bring about the needed capability uplift. In this way, the most relevant development strategy is implemented. The ‘cookie-cutter’ approach has very little last impact.

Our blended learning interventions include:

  • Development Centres to establish base lines for appropriate learning interventions.
  • Online modules – self paced and interactive
  • Face to face learning.
  • Case studies and team-based interventions.
  • Experiential activities both simulated and outdoor.
  • Coaching to integrate learning and its application in the workplace.
