Coaching is an accelerated learning process which focuses on a participant’s psychological and behavioural assets to effect desired change.

Coaching is not formulaic or linear it is exploratory and creative. It touches the values, behaviors, and trigger points to find the best fit for the individual to sustain the energy required for significant change.

Our methodologies are eclectic drawing on positive psychology, narrative coaching, appreciative enquiry, acceptance commitment therapy and strengths-based approaches.

Our team brings deep experience from psychology, medicine, and executive education to uniquely tailor the interventions to the individual, team, or organizational purpose.

However, we are very aware that much of ‘coaching’ is not absorbed or is ‘unlearned’ when the participant returns to the pressures of the organisational culture. Organizations have a tendency to minimize differences and thus are change-resistant. We work with teams and organisations to develop curiosity and a learning orientation so as to embrace difference.
